In middle 1982, an armistice was signed and all sides withdrew forces. The Imporian people, angry that Antegria did not support their revolution, destroyed the port town of Antegria and the Antegrians were forced to get a new capital.Īt the end of the Six-Year War, it turned into empty silence with little gunfire.
Near the end of the Six-Year War, Impor also had an uprising and forced Antegria out, and Antegria marched through Republian soil and to upper Republia where they claimed it for themselves. The wars escalated to the point where Republia was forced to succumb and co existed with Antegria, which kicked off the events in The Republia Times game. Meanwhile, in Republian homeland, a small port-town by the name of "Antegria" in modern-day Impor organized a revolution fighting for independence. Obristan helped train, mobilize, and supply the military and even gave some of their own troops, allowing Arstotzka and Obristan to respond. When the war began, Republian military (which at the time was strong and notable) ran to defend Kolechia. Arstotzka agreed all to except the demand of Kolechian officials being able to order the police, and so war brewed. Kolechian outrage was extreme, and they demanded that Arstotzka let Kolechia enter their country, order their police, stop anti-Kolechian talk and to admit responsibility for the assassination. On April 16, 1974, a handsome young man by the name of "Aleksander Smith" approached a slow riding limousine with the Kolechian emperor and his wife, who were busy shaking hands and interacting with the crowd, drew his gun, and shot both persons dead, before proceeding to kill himself. Arstotzka, at the time was a weak communist government with an incompetent military, and so they were powerless to stop the Grestin invasion, though a certain terrorist had something to say about it. One thing that survived with the Aristocracy was greed, and the Kolechian greed for Grestin grew so strong that in 1974, they invaded and annexed Grestin. Of course, it worked and to this day no one knows of Kolechia's true identity. And so they did, forming Kolechia and making enough governmental changes to focus more on monarchical control and less on religious control. The Aristocracy of Monarquía knew that if they wanted to survive in this revolution, they had to adapt and survive. Things seemed peaceful, and progessed as such with normal technological evolution, up until the start of the Six-Year War. Republia at the time owned both Antegria and Impor.
The United Federation, Republia, Kolechia, Arstotzka, and Obristan. The land that Arstotzka is in, known as "Goodland" was divided up into five nations. However, by the time they did, over half the entire world was uninhabitable wasteland with either subzero or sun-like temperatures. People were no longer satisfied, they wanted change. The world was fast turning into a wasteland, and death rates rose. Pollution from production factories destabilized the ozone layer, and climate change became a huge issue. The entire world was being mined hollow to satisfy the Aristocracy, and this wasn't the only problem. The wealthy elite of Monarquía grew in numbers and demanded more. A theocracy that stood the test of time, however had one major problem. I want a cross-country epic heist with a cast of characters belaying or betraying each other based on the political atmosphere.RAW Paste Data In the early days, Monarquía, a Christian kingdom ruled the lands. This was not necessary in a game where all the graphic assets fit into a few hundred megabytes. He is incredibly persistent and resourceful, perhaps enough to impersonate an official to transfer a prisoner?Īlso discovered that Lucas Pope cut out a country called Skoatia, which had a crest like a bullseye. Perhaps connecting supply and demand, or arranging secret communications with past networks. The sequel could have a totally different mechanism than sitting in a checkpoint booth and stamping documents. The Inspector (or rather the Arstotzkan refugee) could use his smuggler friend Jorji Costava to contact Sergiu at his new post, and call in a small favor. This reminded me of the scenario in The Next Three Days where a husband tries to break his wife out of prison, and enlists the help of a former criminal.
